The Contained Gardener plan is a maintenance plan that includes deadheading and trimming of all plants, fertilizing, deep watering, pot rotation (as needed) and general upkeep of all installed plants. This service is offered on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Once you sign up for our maintenance program, we will guarantee* your seasonal potted gardens as follows:

(Our Guarantee is only available to residential clients with irrigation systems to their pots)

Obvious unreported watering problems Extreme weather conditions Animal destruction Vandalism

The above Exceptions will be demonstrated by dry soil, missing plants, loss of all plants in pots and/or overturned pots. Typically, normal loss is a plant here or there – not full pot loss.

We are only as good as your eye – we need you to be mindful of your plants conditions and let us know as soon as you see something that does not look right. In only being on your property once every 7-14 days, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen changes that may occur.

When non-guaranteed replacement plants or materials are needed and we feel that it I more than can be accomplished in a reasonable amount of maintenance time, you will be billed at the standard installation rate of $45 per hour. We will request your authorization before doing so.

 Please note:  Semi-annual change-outs are at an additional cost and not part of or the Guarantee.

 For customers without our maintenance plan, all plants are guaranteed for one month from installation, with exceptions noted above.
