Getting Potted for
the 1st
Time
Here’s how it works.
When you call to
schedule a
complementary
consultation with us
we will ask you some
questions that will
help us determine
how best to serve
you and which Potted
Team members will
visit your home or
business.
Our first meeting
with you will give
us the basis for a
proposal that will
fit your needs and
plant preferences.
We can usually
provide a quote the
same day (unless the
installation is
extensive,) which
will include:
*Pots that
are at least
18 inches in
diameter,
non plastic
and in good
shape
We
are very flexible
and will work with
you based on your
priorities and needs
whether you decide
to do the entire
project at once or
install it in
phases.
Once
you decide to
proceed with the
project, a 50%
deposit will ensure
that your
installation is
scheduled within two
to three weeks. Most
installations are
completed in less
than a day by our
efficient Potting
Team.
We
strongly encourage
our clients to
consider our
Maintenance Program.
This provides you
with year round
support and a
worry-free garden.

Annuals, which are
used in a majority
of our gardens, need
to be replaced as
the seasons change.

Is it ever not a
good time to plant?
We can plant almost
any time of the year
but extreme heat
conditions during
the late summer pose
a challenge for
flowering plants. We
may suggest filling
pots with available
plants creatively
allowing spaces to
fill in with later
additions as
varieties become
available
