We were all ready to begin moving and the deal fell through. Our current landlord is definitely not kicking us out but we need more space to continue to grow with. If you know of something that might fit us, please let us know.

The Contained Gardener is looking for new office/yard space to move into this fall. We are looking for a long term lease (3-5 years) and the zoning can be O3, C1-2 or Flex. We desire a minimum build out.. Our preferred boundaries are Craycroft to Campbell; 22nd to River
Necessities:
Inside space: 600 - 1000 sq feet
                        Three offices
                        Network wiring
                        AC
                        Security System
Outside space
                        1200 - 2000 sq feet
                        Fenced
                        Safe/Secure
                        Plenty of storage options
                        Access for 18 wheeler truck delivery
                        Water
                        Prefer dirt or gravel over blacktop
Sure would be nice:
                        Bath with shower
                        kitchenette/meeting space
                        Controlled environment for specialty product line in the form of a porch, AZ room, ramada
Shed option or garage for dry storage
Tree shade
