As I
write this, the sun is shining and it another gorgeous day to be
outdoors in Tucson!
At The Contained Gardener, we look forward to a
very exciting 2010. Our new Potted Garden Gifts were a big hit
over the holiday season and with our Living Color and Get Potted
Lite Collections, we now feel we have the perfect mix of offerings
for every potted garden budget!
We are also pleased to announce the Potted Garden Workshop series
(see details below). Workshops will take place in our new Get
Potted Studio, conveniently located on Ft Lowell just east of
Tucson Boulevard. Even though we do not have a retail store, we
encourage you to call and stop by to see what's new and in season!

Monthly GET POTTED Workshops |
Getting Potted has never been so much fun! Beginning on
Saturday, January 23rd , Marylee will launch an exciting new
series of monthly gardening workshops.
Most
will be free demonstration programs. Other occasional
"hands on" opportunities will include fees to cover materials.
Limited to 15 people each, the workshops will take place at our
Get PottedStudio located at the main office at 2522 E. Ft Lowell
Road Bldg#2.
Each
session will cover seasonal container garden issues and will
include a short 10 minute presentation on how to correctly plant
up a potted garden at the end of the session.

This is a hands on class where you will design
and plant your very own potted garden. The $100 class fee
includes one of TCG's 14" Madison pots from the Get Potted Lite
collection, a planting liner, soil and a choice of plants.
